There's so much, most of which has already come out in the papers. But I'd have to say my favorite is the secret report, saying insurgent attacks on U.S. soldiers (arguably the second worst problem in Iraq) are up way beyond what the White House has publicly admitted.

Insurgents can rest and equip in al Anbar. There is no reason for them to hesitate in their insurgency; if they were willing to resort to violence in 2004 or 2005, they have seen no political change to compel them otherwise. In fact, just the opposite has occurred.
The center of gravity has shifted to Baghdad. This is not a sign of strength nor is it an encouraging change in strategy. It is the need to maintain the loose government in the hopes that something will change. Little is likely to change, however. Except for the insurgency to increase in 2007.
I'd say that's a completely accurate assessment.
