The Real "Real Thanksgiving"
Funny, that this non-sanitized version of the story should leave out how the Piligrims treated the Indians who helped them survive. I suppose the "lessons of the old and new testements" aren't to blame for that part of the story.

By the way, Rush omits a little something in his account. He omits how that half of the Pilgrims only survived by first stealing Indian supplies, and then being given them freely. Rush's whole argument is completely undermined by the fact that the Indians gave the settlers food to start with and showed them what and how to plant.
Sounds like welfare-to-work to me, otherwise known as socialism.
