Heroes

I had the pleasure of listening to Neal Katyal talk about the Hamdan case last summer at the American Constitution Society national convention in D.C. The work of Katyal and Charlie Swift, a U.S. Navy JAG attorney, is profiled in this excellent Vanity Fair article. To me, they are quite simply heroes of our nation.
