John Yoo: Partisan Hack

Some out there might be inclined to think that, if John Yoo is a shameless hack for something called the "unitary executive", he is at least a consistent (if shameless) hack. Alas no, as Glenn Greenwald points out again today. Frankly I don't understand why he's even still bothering. He's already earned the sycophant's reward of a job working for his master. Perhaps like others too closely associated with the Bush administration, he is writing with his historical legacy in mind. He would do well to stop, as he's only making it worse.
