still writing essays in which they explain how they were wrong but
for the right reasons and all of us anti-war hippies were right but for the wrong reasons, which makes the war supporters actually right in the end. And, of course, they are
still being lampooned in the most hilarious of ways, as in this piece by David Rees. My favorite:
In conclusion, this part of Ignatieff's essay should have been called "All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten-- But It Didn't Actually Sink in Until Thousands and Thousands of Iraqis Went to Heaven."
Honestly, the only proper response to these types of "mea culpas" is vicious parody.
