The Cowboys now sit atop the mojo-less NFC East. Yes the defense looks better, but frankly it's all about Romo. This is definitely the year to win the division against the hapless Giants and mediocre Redkins and Eagles.
On another note, I listened to Mark Cuban talk about his efforts to buy the Cubs on local sports radio station The Ticket the other night. Interestingly, he mentioned in all seriousness that there are people advocating bringing a National League baseball team to Dallas. I lost my patience with the Texas Rangers at around the turn of the century, so any new team would instantly have at least one fan.
FC Dallas maintains the inability to do anything but lose spectacularly to really good teams. The next contest against New England will be at home in the U.S. Open Cup Finale. Yawn.
