Assassination Attempt on Bhutto

I've been following events in Pakistan lately even though I've had little time to write about them. But it's impossible to not mention the news that someone launched an assassination attempt against Benazir Bhutto, the former Prime Minister who only today returned to Pakistan after years of exile. The assassination attempt-a pair of bombs that detonated as her convoy drove through the city of Karachi-failed even to wound Bhutto, but the bombs detonated as a throng of revelers mobbed Bhutto's convoy, and early reports indicate that over a hundred people may have been killed. Early indications are that the attacks were carried about by suicide bombers a fact which alone gives us some idea of who committed the attacks.

I'm too pissed to express coherently how I feel!

She obviously is unwelcome for some people there.

Right Wing Religious Conservative dont want a Liberal woman in charge.
They are willing to kill her to make sure it does not happen in Pakistan. What will the GOP do in the US if Hillary Clinton gets into office?
