Last night was a good night for the Mavs. They eked out a win over Phoenix at home, beating the Suns 108-105. They haven't quite recaptured the form of the team that won 67 games last year, but they looked better than they have most of this season, and good enough to beat the Suns despite Amare Stoudemire's 4th quarter heroics. San Antonio also lost last night to Memphis, who won on a last-gasp three pointer after leading the Spurs by 23 at one point. As a result, Dallas now trails San Antonio by one game and Phoenix by a half a game in the Western Conference. Dallas has now won four straight, though the recent surge will certainly not quiet the trade rumors.
By the way, the game between Detroit and Boston was really good too, if you were lucky enough to see it.
