Bad Day in Afghanistan

A suicide bomber killed 40 in an attack on the Indian embassy in Kabul, the deadliest attack committed in the city yet. The Taliban have denied responsibility for the attack. The Taliban have never shied away from claiming such attacks, but so far no one else has claimed responsibility.
