Bailout Plan Defeated

I gotta say, I don't understand how after last week you would bring this to a vote without knowing for sure it's going to pass. The House is 13 votes short of the 218 needed, with only about a 1/3 of House Republicans backing it. Suffice it to say they need to figure out a way to bring some more of those recalcitrant members on board.
