Kim Jong-il

North Korean dictator Kim Jong-il is reportedly ailing, and might possibly have suffered a stroke in the last several weeks. There is no official word yet, though as you might imagine speculation is running rampant, especially given that there does not appear to be any obvious mechanism for a transfer of power in North Korea.
