Interesting Rumor

This is a few days old, but Steve Clemons cites a whisper of a rumor that, if Obama wins, he will announce most of his cabinet on Nov. 7th and that the front-runners for Secretary of State are John Kerry and Bill Richardson. I must say that like Steve, I'm a little surprised that Kerry is a front-runner with the likes of Holbrooke, Hagel, Lugar and Nunn waiting in the wings, but apparently this isn't the first time his name has come up in connection with this top job.
