Shenanigans in Georgia?

Well, somebody with red-rimmed eyes and the zeal of a true believer worked up some numbers over at DailyKos to show us that there just might be something wrong with the numbers in Georgia:

So, if these numbers are to be believed, the total turnout was supposedly only 405,596 higher than in 2004, despite 1,507,948 new registered voters and overwhelmingly hugh turnout for the early voting period; and that the turnout percentage has plummeted to only 66.43 percent, an amazing 11.36 percent less than 2004.
