81st Texas Legislature Report

Save for a post about the approval of the UNT law school in Dallas, we didn't exactly do a good job of keeping up with what was happening in the Texas legislature really at all this session (but hey, Capitol Annex and Burnt Orange Report are much better at it anyway). But here's a good list of which bills made it and didn't make it.
