At long last, someone has noticed all the work we do! That's right, our little blog is a finalist for the
2007 Weblog Awards. No, not as "Best Liberal Blog of All Time" but in the somewhat more specific "
Best of the Top 5001-6750 Blogs in the TTLB Ecosystem" which I consider no less prestigious considering we're in the company of noteworthy liberal/progressive blogs such as "
The Field Negro" and "
Whiskey Fire." Voting isn't quite open yet but don't worry, we'll be sure to tell you when it is, and admonishe you to-in the words of a famous American-"
vote early, and vote often."
And no one is more surprised than us! If we win this, we'll make sure to write a blog post thanking those of you who voted (but not individually, just as a group), so it'll be a win for you too!
