The number of poor and uninsured American rose for the third straight year, and health care costs have gone up too. Also, a study finds the government is keeping more secrets than it used to. And conservatives have succeeded in pulling the GOP platform farther to the right to the dismay of moderates (but hey, if they want to drive off a cliff that's fine with me). Finally, as the number of U.S. soldiers that died in Iraq this year exceeds the number that died last year, a Florida man set his van on fire while sitting inside after hearing news of his son's death in Iraq.
UPDATED: Wall Street shys away from Bush, and hitting more at home for us, Texas once again has the highest number of uninsured Americans.

Expenises?
Was that a freudian slip?
God save us from crazies, whether right-wing or left, especially those who are obviously on "'tax-payer' paid for drugs". I'd suggest we delete this post, except it only proves the point that those who aren't liberals are nuts.
We unlike a lot of con sites we welcome all comments, no matter how crazy they are!
