Colin Powell: competent and willing to disagree
Rice: incompetent and perfectly willing to agree
Clearly, we know what the standard is in this administration.
Armitage is resigning too. I hope to God Wolfowitz doesn't get that job. Better that than NSA though.
At this point, I'm not really sure how much it matters who goes where. It's clear that the animals are in charge of the zoo now. Which cage they happen to have taken over is, alas, irrelevant.
