The above is from this depressing article about what they are saying is an emerging mental health crises affecting 1 in 6 of our soldiers. People tend to focus on the number of dead, and forget about all those who are wounded not just physically, but mentally as well.

Although we're no longer in the habit of court martialling soldiers with PTSD, we certainly have a long way to go before we can even begin to handle the psychic wounds some of the soldiers experience...if they can be handled at all, actually.
