Treating the Wounded

The problems aren't just at Walter Reed. It's an administration that cooks numbers and makes wounded soldiers pay for their own meals while in recovery (Times Select subscription required.) It's officials at the Pentagon who think that paying to treat wounded soldiers harms national security. And it's been going on for years.
