The skinny on Bush's new interrogation rules order

Aside from the fact that President Bush's newly released executive order prohibiting the use of "cruel and inhumane punishment" toward detainees kinda admits that was going on prior to the order, Think Progress has analysis suggesting the order, in fact, doesn't shut down CIA "black sites" and "does not create any right enforceable at law." Except for CIA officers defending themselves from charges of abuse, of course.
