Guiliani cannot be elected President. This article in the American Conservative makes it clear that he has surrounded himself with simple-minded right-wing war hawks who think that American military dominance of the globe is not only preferable, but possible. They are wrong on both counts, but Guiliani buys into it hook, line and sinker.
