It's already started, as Obama has offered the job of White House Chief of Staff to Rahm Emmanuel, Democratic Rep. from Illinois.
UPDATE: Politico reports that Obama is considering Robert F. Kennedy to head the EPA. Of course, we've already reported the rumor that John Kerry is in line for State.
